We focus most projects on prototype design and work in parallel with development. The methodology is Dual-Track Agile. The team divides its daily activities into two parallel tracks - UX Design and Development. Members of the project team will follow a non-linear flow with independent sprints that can have different lengths. The design track focuses on producing, testing, and validating product ideas. The development track works on turning those ideas into functional MVPs. This enables us to close the gaps between development iterations and fill them with research and user-centered design in order to be more effective with deliverables and releases.
